Product Introduction
The machine integrates ultrasonic welding and automatic tab feeding
function, enhancing the efficiency and precision of the battery
production. The equipment mainly consists of ultrasonic generator,
transducer, upper and lower horn, pneumatic parts, frame and so on.
The upper and lower horns are made of new alloy materials with good
abrasion resistance. The circuit mode of the device is selected as
full-bridge high power mode, which provides stable performance and
strong output.

Key Features

cleaning.
(4) Pre-treatment is not required for the workpiece. The fusion can be
completed without solder and soldering paste, quite economic and
convenient.
(5) Short welding time, fusion can be completed within 0.01~2 seconds.
(6) The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with good
durability.
