Brief Introduction

STC-BYF-200 is a compact vacuum pre-sealing machine with heating for polymer pouch cell aluminum laminated case/ cup sealing after the battery electrolyte injection into the cell. Touch screen operation makes it highly automatic.

Features

● The sealing head is made of copper material so that the heat transfer effect is good to save power consumption and improve work efficiency, more energy-saving.

● Upper and lower sealing head temperature can be adjusted separately and digital displayed.

● Pressure of upper and lower sealing blade can be regulated by pressure regulating valve to meet different technological (technical) parameter demands.

● The lower and upper sealing heads are driven by cylinder through two linear-guide bushes that makes them move up and down flexibly and ensures the parallelism demand after sealed by right guidance.

● Through perspective window to observe the changes inside the chamber during work.

● The chamber cover is driven by cylinder, guided by rotating guide bush to move up and down flexibly, accurate guide can ensure the sealing demand.

● This equipment is applicable for different sizes of batteries and easy to regulate.

● Split design of sealing unit and control unit makes the equipment can work either in the glove box or the production line. KF40 feedthrough and tubes are included to allow using into glovebox.

● Touch screen operation.
