Semi-auto Winding Machine for Supercapacitor
Brief Introduction
It is used for cylindrical cell winding. Manually load the electrode to the winding part, winding with separator ,
the tape sticking and unloading will be finished automatically .
Features
● Single needle structure is adopted .
● Manually loading, automatic winding, automatic tape sticking and
automatic unloading .
● The adhesive tape is pasted horizontally (the end tape is
perpendicular to the polar ear), the adhesive tape is flat, and the
position of adhesive tape can be accurately controlled without
changing the position.
● The winding speed is adjustable.
● The tension can be adjusted.
Winding process
a) Pre-winding the separator: the length of pre-winding separator
can be saved by using toothed knife process.
b) Draw in the negative electrode, guide the negative electrode
into the winding part manually; Draw in the positive electrode,
guide the positive electrode into the winding part manually;
c) Winding;
d) Transfer station;
e) Cut separator, end tape and unloading material.

Winding accuracy:
When the electrode meets the following conditions:
The electrode width tolerance less than ± 0.2mm; The "S" bending
error of electrode is less than
± 1mm/500mm;
The tower shape error of separator is less than ± 0.2mm；
The winding accuracy can meet the following requirements: separator
alignment error is less than
± 0.5mm; electrode alignment error is less than ± 0.5mm; Alignment
of finished product section ± 0.5mm.
Warranty
1 year warranty with lifetime for the winding machine;
3 months warranty for winding pin and separator cutter;
6 months for photoelectric eye.
